I package up every order on my own or with my imaginary girlfriend either from my family's home or my uni bedroom, so please be patient if your order takes longer than expected to be delivered. I also include a handwritten note in every order thanking you for your support so hold onto that and sell it on when I'm famous and die an early death. Now for the super important bit. Refunds/Returns are only available on orders in which an incorrect item was received. So if you order a large baby pink Case Open hoodie, but receive a Himalayan Pool Party mug, you may return your order and once I receive it I'll refund you. If, however, you order your pal a medium Himalayan Pool Party tee, but they can't get it over their fat moon head, you will have to improvise and turn it into a tote bag. Unfortunately, I cannot offer free returns because I am in thousands of pounds of student debt.
